Meet Our Choreographers
Ida began her journey with dance at age 5, when her parents enrolled her in Bharathnatyam, a traditional Indian dance form. Later, she ventured into Hip-Hop and several other Indian dance styles such as Bhangra, Folk, Bollywood, etc. She actively danced and choreographed for several cultural programs within her community and school. In college, she danced on her university’s Bollywood Fusion dance team, Marquette Mazaa. As a dancer and choreographer, Ida is passionate about improving the performances of people who do not usually dance by creating and teaching simple but elevated steps. She is also a pro at taking the most complex or simple choreography and breaking it down into ways that are extremely easy to comprehend.
